Jan Ruthe, CMA

Jan Ruthe began her role with Electri-Flex in 2015 where she is responsible for timely, accurate and efficient accounting duties including reporting, budgeting, compliance, control, taxes, audits, insurance, risk management, process improvements, credit and collections. In addition, she is also responsible for financial analysis that supports the company’s vision and future growth; supports the Ownership Team and management team to improve company profits and results; and leads and develops the accounting and IT functions to improve individual and department efficiency and effectiveness.

Jan graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business  Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Jan previously held controller and FP&A roles with domestic and international responsibilities at Illinois Tool Works, Avery Dennison, and the Marmon Group.
