James Lewis

James Lewis is a people and talent leader, recruiter, and passionate builder with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through people. He currently serves as VP of Project Resources at Katalyst Group, where he partners with Finance, Accounting, and HR leaders to provide talent for critical initiatives, from short-term staff augmentation to strategic, long-term projects.

Previously, James served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at FLASH and VP of People at Arrive, helping high-growth organizations build teams, develop talent strategies, and navigate periods of significant change. James is passionate about connecting people, technology, and business strategy to build better organizations and better hiring experiences.
