Shannon Saeger

Shannon Saeger is the Corporate Controller for Ball Horticultural Company, a global leader in the horticulture industry.  Shannon manages the financial consolidation, reporting and analysis for 24 domestic and foreign reporting entities, including forecasting and budgeting.  In the decentralized organizational structure, Shannon also has direct financial responsibility and serves on the leadership team for the vegetative breeder/producer operating entity.  In addition, she oversees global tax planning and compliance as well as internal audit and participates in strategic planning initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.
