As an advisor and employee for closely-held companies as well as segments of public and private equity-owned businesses, I have broad experience in accounting, finance and management roles across numerous industries including manufacturing, distribution, services and technology. 

My approach is that of a BridgeCFO - relentlessly focused on determining an achievable path and getting owners to where they want to go. This can be through focus on areas such as: finding the right capital structure; identifying a proper cash flow; conducting the appropriate goal planning; creating a strategy for financial stability and building an action plan for maintaining or increasing the value of the business.  This path may also see me acting as a conduit to what advisors to owners need from decision-makers at the highest level, putting their thoughts and ideas back to the owner in a manner that aligns with the defined company goals.

In these efforts, my supporting professional credentials include: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Illinois – Inactive; Certified Value Growth Advisor® (CVGA®); and Certified Business Exit Consultant® (CBEC®). I have also completed the examinations for the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
