Ashley Swidnicki

Ashley Swidnicki is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP.

Ashley began her career as a Credit Analyst for a floor covering manufacturing company and progressed through the roles of Financial Analyst, Strategic Planning Analyst, and Director of Finance serving in various fields including Construction Supply, Healthcare, and Higher Education, primarily focused on Finance and Budgeting.

In her former role, with Key Tower & Vandalay Brands, Ashley has served as a strategic partner to both entity CEOs focusing on organizational growth through financial and corporate strategy execution as well culture and leadership development. Her CFO role is completed in a global capacity with responsibility across the full organization reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Ashely earned a Finance Degree from East Tennessee State University and her MBA from Milligan University. She is currently working toward attaining her CPA in the fall of 2022. Additional programs and certificates include the completion of the Executive Program for Emerging Leaders through Chicago Booth School or Business, Nomination for consideration to join the FASB’s Small Business Advisory Committee, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Advanced Accounting from Northwestern University to be completed in the spring of 2022.
